Mission Statement

The Pregnancy Care Center is a Christian ministry seeking, to assist individuals facing the challenges of unexpected pregnancy, to minister to the emotional and spiritual needs resulting from an abortion or miscarriage, and to promote sexual abstinence until marriage.

Vision Statement

We strive to accomplish our mission by providing the following FREE SERVICES:

A compassionate and confidential setting in which peer counselors offer pregnancy tests; accurate information on prenatal development, abortion procedures and risks, and counseling about pregnancy options.

The HOPE program provides education for women in child birth preparation, child care, parenting, and spiritual growth. Opportunities are given to earn vouchers redeemable for maternity and baby clothing, baby equipment, and necessities.

The Men's Ministry provides group instruction for birthfathers of PCC clients.  The Fatherhood Workshops are biblically-based and cover the emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of being a father.

Limited sexually transmitted disease screenings for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis and HIV testing for females only.  Opportunities for ongoing abstinence until marriage education are given to clients to discuss the emotional, social, spiritual and physical consequences of premarital sexual activity and to support change of behavior decisions.

Ministry to those suffering emotionally or spiritually from a previous abortion or miscarriage through counseling and H.E.A.R.T. (Healing Encouragement for Abortion-related Trauma).

Worth Waiting 4!, a program designed to promote abstinence-until-marriage, to provide accurate information on sexually transmitted diseases and contraception failure rates, and to practically enable teens to adopt an abstinent life-style. Worth Waiting 4! is committed to presenting abstinence-until-marriage as the only "safe sex".
